Senior Specialist HR Services

Executive the HR services processes: benefits administration, personnel, and document administration, HRIS, and data management according to regional and global frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure employee enrollment in the Social Security System and manage the recovery (reimbursement) of medical leave benefits in accordance with Colombian regulations.
- Ensure the execution with the excellence of the HR Services/Hire to Retire processes like Document Management, Leave and Absence Administration (vacations, sick/parental/maternity leaves), correct registration with the local government, Master data Management (people and organizational data management), Manage SAP Maintenance of Data according to global and regional systems management policy to ensure system harmonization and data integrity.
- Exit Management (administrate involuntary, voluntary, and retirement exits), ensure the correct registration in SAP of terminations, with the correct justification and the related document kit for signing and ending the relationship, and consider the local legislation indicated for this process
- Manage employee inquiries related to HR Services processes
- Manage HR Services vendors and PO
- Ensure the correct collection of the invoices sent by the vendors according to the contracts, and control of GBS and Benefit budget of the country.
- Preparation and sending of required reports to government entities, vendors, and internal stakeholders ensuring the correct information and analysis required.
- Ensure the correct participation, collaboration, and preparation for government and company requirements and audits in the processes related to the area.
- Work in alignment with HR and legal teams to manage employee and labor relations activities.
- Partner with HRD and/or business for alignment and ensuring best-in-class services.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- 4 to 5 years of work experience
- Minimun 2 of experiencie in Workforce Administration with experiencie in Social security management and absensce management and recovery
- English proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or other related careers
- Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge incl. company policies and practices.
- Knowledge of Colombian local processes, practices, and labor law
- Knowledge of HR Systems (e.g.: SAP, Success Factors).
