The Channel Activation Team acts as an internal agency that powers all point-of-sale channels (Retail, Franchise and Wholesale) with compelling, consistent, and efficient activation tools and experiences that connect with consumers at every touchpoint.
The Specialist Channel Activation supports the preparation, coordination, and execution of activation tools and campaign materials across channels. The role ensures activation materials are organized, delivered on time, and aligned with brand standards to support effective campaign execution across physical and digital consumer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Support Activation Briefing
Support local Channel Activation and Visual Merchandising teams by preparing and organizing sell-in and in-season materials to ensure campaign readiness in the market.
Support Toolkit Preparation
Support the adaptation and preparation of channel activation materials (playbooks, in-store guidelines, sell-in and in-season toolkits) for points of sale across physical and digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Coordinate Asset Adaptation
Coordinate with Brand, Operations, and Digital teams to gather and organize regional or global assets and support their adaptation for local market use.
Assist Activation Rollouts
Assist in preparing activation materials, tools, and supporting elements required for local store openings and in-market activations.
Support Campaign Implementation
Support the implementation of local marketing campaigns according to the Channel Planning calendar, ensuring activation tools are delivered On-Time and In-Full (OTIF).
Track Execution Readiness
Track activation readiness and support the resolution of operational issues during campaign execution while maintaining brand standards.
Maintain Activation Tools & Templates
Maintain standardized activation tools, templates, and documentation (fixture maps, campaign timelines, toolkit trackers) to support efficient campaign execution.
Support Process Coordination
Support the coordination and sharing of activation resources and tools across teams to contribute to operational efficiency and workload management.
Track Campaign Execution Updates
Support the tracking of campaign execution status and local activation spend updates to ensure alignment with approved plans and budgets.
Support Knowledge Sharing
Support training updates and knowledge-sharing initiatives to help ensure alignment with brand standards and regional activation guidance.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Understanding of Retail environments and consumer touchpoints across channels
- Ability to support the execution of activation toolkits and marketing materials
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and operational tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- High attention to detail to ensure activation quality and brand consistency
- Ability to work with standardized tools, templates, and planning trackers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Requisite Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing Activation, Retail Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Commercial Operations
- Experience supporting campaign execution across retail or omnichannel environments
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies
- Fluent English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills
