Sr Specialist Sales Ops

 Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
To support the Franchise business to achieve sales and market strategy objectives
Ensure a reliable, adequate, and competitive customer service level for all adidas Key partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Product reservation during pre-sale and throughout the season.

Display available products to accounts and sell-in tracking.

Order creation and point of contact with SCM for deliveries.

Management of quality issues and post-sale claims and returns.

Logistic and financial planning of commercial returns.

Generation of credit and debit notes according to business needs.

Inbound and Outbound planning with internal and external stakeholders

Monitoring of trade terms with each account.

Set trade terms before the season and monitor these in collaboration with GBS.

Alignment of IBP with internal stakeholders.

Sales Working Budget tracking.

Sell-out reporting.

Support Manager Buying and Trading on stock sharing, based on channel strategy.

Collection and management of information for audit processes.


Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of Sales Operations processes including forecasting, pipeline management, order tracking and performance reporting.

  • Advanced analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial insights.

  • Ability to manage sales performance KPIs and support go-to-market (GTM) strategies.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing).

  • Structured and detail-oriented mindset with strong planning and prioritization skills.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Planning, Business Analytics or related functions.

  • Proven experience supporting sales teams with forecasting, reporting and performance tracking.

  • Experience working in multinational or matrix organizations.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.

  • Business fluency in English.
