Sr Specialist Trade Marketing

This same purpose and mindset are at the heart of the Channel Planning Team, being the go-to strategic hub for the channels (Retail, Franchise and Wholesale), leading the development and coordination of integrated marketing plans that provide each channel with focused, timely, and strategic direction. This role drives growth by ensuring seamless planning, alignment, consistency, efficiency and collaboration across all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
Seasonal & Annual Planning
Maintain and update local Go-To-Market (GTM) calendars for each channel, ensuring alignment with global guidance and regional priorities. Track in-season marketing milestones and ensure consistency across business units and channels.
Support collaboration with Sales and Business Units in developing account-specific marketing strategies, ensuring consistency with seasonal priorities and assisting with Sales Working Budget management.
Monitor campaign performance and market dynamics; provide insights and recommendations to the Manager Channel Planning to adapt plans and maintain alignment with activation timelines.

Handover to Channel Activation & Visual Merchandising
Prepare and deliver seasonal plans into clear, actionable briefs with defined objectives, timelines, and channel-specific details for the Channel Activation and Visual Merchandising Teams.
Governance & Consistency
Assist in allocating budgets to Channel Activation and Visual Merchandising in line with brand and channel objectives, ensuring seasonal consistency and governance.


Knowledge Skills and Abilities
• Strong understanding of Retail, Franchise, and Wholesale channels to drive strategic initiatives.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional strategies and planning processes. Effective at managing diverse stakeholders to drive consumer-centric initiatives from concept to execution.
• Proven ability to leverage data-driven insights and strategic thinking to inform channel planning and drive business growth.
• Effective presentation, communication, negotiation and influencing skills to drive business outcomes.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing diverse teams and fostering collaboration across regions.


Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in Channel Planning, Marketing Operations, or Commercial Planning.
• Fluent English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills.
