The Sr. Manager Partner Program Integrations will oversee the LAM portfolio of new Partner Program integrations and enhancements, maximizing revenue growth across the region. The role ensures a best-in-class Project Management Office (PMO) by prioritizing projects based on sound business cases, securing global and LAM resources, and maintaining top-tier project management practices to deliver projects on time and in full. Partner Program is our stream that manages marketplaces (Digital Wholesale).
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the regional Partner Program integration roadmap across 6 LAM markets, leading annual prioritization cycles and business case submission to the LAM SLT and global to secure the resources needed.
- Drive regional expansion by delivering first-of-kind integration capabilities across new markets and business models, including fulfilment and new logistics model, building the regional playbook for new partner models.
- Design and maintain program and portfolio governance frameworks, establishing structured tracking of progress, risks, dependencies and budget consumption to ensure visibility and on-time delivery across all workstreams.
- Assess the technical feasibility and commercial potential of Partner Program integration opportunities, consolidating market demand and translating business priorities into structured roadmap proposals with clear sequencing and trade-off recommendations.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across business, technology and operations teams to ensure the right regional and local resources are in place to deliver integration programs on time and in full.
- Feed marketplace realities, trends and account insights back to the Global Partner Program business development teams to fine-tune and evolve the global Partner Program integration framework.
- Run a best-in-class Project Management Office to deliver integration projects on time and in full.
- Drive continuous innovation towards full automation of Partner Program operations, exploring new business models and integration capabilities in line with evolving marketplace dynamics and consumer experience needs.
- Define business and operational requirements for each integration capability, coordinating end-to-end delivery across business, technology and operations teams and validating go-live readiness against agreed standards.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field, with 5+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in e-commerce.
- 5+ years leading digital marketplace integration programs in a regional or multi-market scope.
- Proven experience owning and delivering multi-project digital integration portfolios with direct accountability for Net Sales enablement targets.
- Proven experience as a direct people manager with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to present complex topics to stakeholders at all organizational levels, both in person and remotely.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AI tools; fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
