Sr. Manager Real Estate
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Manage store portfolio for Own Retail and Franchise stores, ensuring an efficient administration of the Retail Development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate existing store portfolio to actively search for best location, renew leases and remodel stores or close/transfer to third party partners to recommend lease renewals and terminations, to assist in creation of strategic market growth plan, to work with various retail departments to attain internal alignment on site opportunities and sales projections
- Serve as the internal adidas expert for retail real estate opportunities to assist in the creation of a strategic market growth plan, including store growth targets, target markets
- Develop feasibility studies for assigned sites, including estimated costs/time to identify and evaluate all real estate opportunities through site visits, site selection metrics and criteria, demographic analysis, and research to ensure the best locations for the brand are secured
- Maximize relationships with developers and landlords in the real estate community to be a competent to manage developers, landlords, legal partners, brokers, vendors, and general contractors
- Manage all aspects of assigned sites, including design, layout, build-out, and in store installation of Retail Development Projects to manage the creation of site justification packets as part of the capital approval processes
- Establishing and managing the store maintenance process to identify maintenance events to its resolution considering seamless communication to stores, event tracking, reporting, and costs management

- Specialist in business or technical skills with detailed knowledge in some areas of work or systems.
- Broad & deep knowledge in own functional area, combining theoretical and practical knowledge
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- 7 years experience
- As manager of Experts 0 – 2 years management experience required
- As manager of Admin / Tech Support minimum of 3 years management experience required
- Fluent in Spanish & English
