The role combines hands-on eCommerce support with data analysis, process documentation and practical use of approved AI and automation tools. It is designed for an early-career professional who learns digital tools quickly, enjoys solving operational problems and wants to grow into broader digital commerce, analytics or automation responsibilities.

What success looks like

  • Recurring manual work is simplified through templates, approved AI tools, lightweight automation and better ways of working.

  • Campaign and voucher performance is tracked consistently, with clear insights and improvement opportunities shared with the team.

  • Knowledge is documented so processes are easier to learn, repeat and scale across markets.

Key responsibilities

Campaign, promotion and content execution

  • Support the setup, scheduling, quality assurance and launch of digital campaigns and promotions across website and app experiences.

  • Complete content and page updates, including homepage, campaign pages, category and product-listing pages, promotional callouts, help content and checkout-related content.

  • Assist with voucher and promotion configurations, validation and first-line support across LAM webstores.

  • Coordinate timelines, inputs and approvals with campaign, content, market, consumer experience, operations and global support teams.

  • Follow launch checklists, test configurations and confirm that changes meet the business brief before and after go-live.

Data, reporting and insight support

  • Maintain campaign, promotion, voucher and workload trackers with accurate and timely information.

  • Use Excel and available analytics or visualization tools to identify trends, exceptions, recurring issues and optimization opportunities.

  • Monitor relevant funnel, engagement, campaign and consumer-experience indicators, flagging unusual results or operational risks.

  • Prepare clear summaries and simple visualizations that help the team make fact-based decisions.

AI-enabled productivity and automation

  • Use approved generative AI and productivity tools to accelerate research, first drafts, documentation, summaries, quality checks and routine analysis.

  • Identify repetitive tasks and suggest practical automation opportunities before adding unnecessary complexity.

  • Help build and test simple templates, workflows, prompts, dashboards or low-code/no-code automations with guidance from experienced team members.

  • Validate AI-assisted outputs, protect confidential information and follow company requirements for security, data protection and responsible AI use.

  • Share effective prompts, examples and lessons learned so the team can adopt better AI-enabled ways of working.

Process improvement, documentation and support

  • Document current processes, work instructions, checklists, known issues and support handovers in clear business language.

  • Support user acceptance testing and rollout of new campaign, promotion, content or automation capabilities.

  • Log, troubleshoot and monitor incidents, providing complete information to technical or platform-support teams.

  • Collect feedback from users and markets, and help translate it into clear improvement requirements.

  • Contribute to team routines, knowledge-sharing sessions and continuous-improvement actions.
