Sr. Specialist Retail A&T
Role Purpose
This role is responsible for managing the merchandising strategy for Franchise partners in the region. The main objective is to ensure that the right products, in the right quantities, are delivered to franchise stores at the right time, supporting sales performance and profitability. The role works closely with internal teams and franchise partners, using sales data and market insights to drive buying, allocation, and in-season decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Leading the pre-season buying and Open to Buy (OTB) planning in line with country financial targets. The role drives the buying process for the Franchise channel, ensuring that assortments and volumes follow market range plans. It manages seasonal stock positions across stores and distribution centers, ensuring availability and communicating changes to franchise partners.
This role is responsible for store tiering and categorization for Franchise stores in the region, ensuring correct product segmentation. It leads product allocation to franchise stores, supports markdown execution, and manages stock flow between Franchise and Factory Outlet channels to maintain relevant assortments and clear excess inventory.
The position requires continuous analysis of sell-out data to provide fact-based recommendations during negotiations, in-season reviews, and end-of-season buy checks. It tracks key merchandising KPIs such as sales, margins, sell-through, stock coverage, and investment efficiency.
The role also ensures timely delivery of sample orders to franchise partners, maximizes in-season opportunities through additional buys and commercial actions, supports Go-To-Market execution including launches, exclusives, and pricing strategies, and coordinates end-of-season plans with partners. Additionally, the role drives continuous improvement of assortment efficiency, delivers merchandising training to franchise partners, and conducts store and market visits when required.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience

University degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience buying processes and assortment planning.

Experience or exposure to S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes.

Strong commercial mindset with a clear understanding of sales and profitability drivers.

Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret sell-out and performance data.

Structured, organized, and process-oriented way of working.

Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Fluency in Spanish and advanced English (spoken and written).
