Senior Specialist, Visual Merchandising
Purpose:
The Senior Specialist, Visual Merchandising is responsible for elevating and ensuring best-in-class brand presentation across retail and distribution channels. This role plays a key part in translating brand and campaign strategies into impactful in-store experiences, driving both brand consistency and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of Visual Merchandising guidelines with Retailers, ensuring premium and consistent in-store presentation aligned with brand standards.
- Own the development and implementation of seasonal windows and VM guidelines, translating brand campaigns into compelling consumer experiences.
- Provide clear direction and tools to Distributors, ensuring consistency and excellence across different markets and channels.
- Deliver training sessions and build capabilities for trainers and store teams to ensure high-quality execution.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on VM execution and performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Retail, and Brand teams to ensure VM supports business goals and drives sell-out.
- Ensure strong planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple projects and timelines.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Professional degree in Marketing, Design, Business Administration, or related fields.
- +4 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or related roles
- Strong understanding of retail environments and consumer journey at the point of sale.
- Proven ability to lead projects, influence stakeholders, and drive execution excellence.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Advanced level of English (spoken and written) is required.
