TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANT
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
Our Technology Consultant is responsible to deliver digital projects and capabilities developed from our Global organization into our region (Latin America). These projects/capabilities are aligned to the business strategic priorities and are the driver to keep adidas in the digital edge of the sportswear industry.
We need someone with a background into delivering IT/Tech or digital projects with experience into delivering projects from an end-to-end perspective. Cross-functional abilities are demanded to execute these types of implementations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists in the analysis of stakeholder objectives, and the underlying issues arising from investigations into business requirements, problems and identifies options for consideration.
- Contributes to selection of the business analysis methods, tools, and techniques for projects, selecting appropriately from predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches.
- Requirements definition and management.
- Facilitates input from stakeholders, provides constructive challenge and enables effective execution of requirements.
- Investigates operational requirements, problems, and opportunities, seeking effective business solutions through improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes.
- Reviews requirements for errors and omissions.
- Investigates, manages, and applies authorized requests for changes to base-lined requirements, in line with change management policy.
- The candidate proves she/he has been involved in an end-to-end integration project.
Key Relationships
The scope of this position is at a Latin America level therefore, it would have high intensity interactions with our global, regional, and country teams.

- Respective business function (GOPS, Finance, HR, Brand Marketing, Wholesale/Retail, Ecom and DPC)

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Four-year college or university degree with focus on IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient spoken and written communication in English (B2 level).
- At least 2-year experience in tech/digital fields related with project implementation.
- Strong understanding & knowledge of regional and global market landscape and the respective customer
- The candidate has a proven experience in handling a high variety of stakeholders amongst complex organizations.
- The candidate can reflect how she/he influences others effectively.
