Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this role is to drive profitable and sustainable business growth within the assigned portfolio while enhancing adidas’ presence in the marketplace. By developing strong collaboration with regional sport and fashion sales channels, the role secures long-term business performance and strengthens adidas’ competitive position.
What you will do
- Deliver seasonal and annual sales targets at category level, supporting both top-line and bottom-line goals.
- Prepare and support sell-in activities, ensuring alignment with sales guidelines and awareness of targets, budgets, and risks.
- Monitor in-season sell-through performance to drive a sustainable pull-market model and maximize re-order opportunities.
- Track sell-out KPIs across assigned channels and reconcile orderbook after key cut-offs.
- Develop and update reports and plans in line with portfolio mapping strategies.
- Provide accounts with structured feedback and action plans based on seasonal results.
- Build strong partnerships by understanding customer needs, ensuring reliable merchandise supply, and providing responsive support.
- Deliver market updates on competition, products, technologies, and consumer behaviors across physical and digital channels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and initiatives.
Skills you will need
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally within consumer goods, apparel, fashion, footwear, or FMCG.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Ability to build and maintain productive business relationships.
- Skilled at creating and delivering tailored presentations.
- Highly motivated and target driven.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluency in English and local language, written and spoken.
- University degree in Business, Economics, or related field with a Sales/Commercial focus.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
