Stockroom Speciliast
PURPOSE & IMPACT ON ORGANIZATION:
Contributes to achieving or exceeding sales figures and KPI targets by:

Actively working within the team to achieve or exceed all relevant KPIs in the store’s stockroom area

Actively collaborating and communicating with the entire OPS / stockroom team to ensure optimal operational and safe stockroom processes

Collaborating with creativity and confidence to support the daily operations of the brand flagship stockroom. This includes providing support in logistics, inventory management, and stock-to-floor service for products, aiming to deliver a premium in-store experience to consumers

Driving the business focuses on omnichannel services such as Click and Collect or Ship from Store to maximize efficiency, productivity, and service

Executing operational stockroom processes with a strong focus on product and consumer service in line with the brand image
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Understand store goals and actively works to achieve or exceed them, using all available resources inside and outside the store

Act as a role model in behavior and performance to support the line manager in ensuring all processes are followed

Support the goods receipt process; guides the team where necessary to receive deliveries quickly and accurately, while following procedures to protect inventory

Work as part of a team to accurately and timely manage inventory movements into and out of the store via IC processes or omnichannel

Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to manage necessary resources and supplies, creating an effective work environment; reports issues where necessary and works together to find solutions

Support tasks and activities contributing to inventory accuracy (stocktaking) within the flagship environment. Conducts cyclical inventories and controlling adjustments in coordination with the line manager and store team

Coach, promote training and development processes, and supports the team in all stockroom-related health and safety matters; reviews and adheres to all policies and procedures to maintain a safe and sustainable work environment

Support store replenishment, omnichannel, and logistics operations

Work productively, efficiently, and respectfully with all team members to achieve or exceed store goals

Assist other team members as needed during replenishment

Demonstrate continuous willingness to learn and use all available resources to drive personal development and improve performance

Support the store with additional appropriately assigned tasks within the defined scope of responsibilities and duties of the position

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
-
At least 1 year of experience in a customer- and commerce-oriented retail environment in the sports/fashion sector, with knowledge and experience in stockroom operations and understanding of the retail industry

Training as a warehouse specialist or knowledge/training in logistics

Good Hungarian language skills and basic English skills
-
Intermediate numeracy, literacy, and spelling skills, as well as advanced verbal communication skills
