Manager Brand finance planning
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The Manager, Seasonal Brand Planning acts as a business partner to the brand organization, the Demand Planning (DP) community, and FP&A, providing fact-based insights to drive decision-making.
The role plays an active part in the end-to-end seasonal planning cycle — from early guidance through range and buy planning to inventory visibility. It supports the Senior Manager Demand Planning in aligning seasonal brand plans with financial targets and connects brand and financial ambitions through structured guidance, tracking, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team in strategic planning as well as translating strategic business targets into seasonal and category targets
- Ensure financial guidelines are respected, identify critical process improvement areas.
- Enable a fact-based decision-making process by creating transparency on key performance indicators with respect to business plans (Net Sales, volume, margin, range size, pricing, FOB)
- Support the team to create transparency and analysis for seasonal brand guidance meetings including presentation of these contents to Senior Management
- Support improvement of reporting and analytical tools regarding range efficiency, drop rounds, margin calculation, etc. This includes standard reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
- Support the creation of seasonal planning tool which continuously feeds the fiscal tool and build logic how to connect seasonal and fiscal on monthly basis

- MS Office (Excel; PowerPoint)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Preferable experience in the sport or clothing industry
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Administration/Finance/Controlling
- Comprehensive understanding of system landscape (IBP, SAP, Power BI, M-3 & master data systems)
- 5+ years working experience in Finance department
