Senior Specialist, Digital Partner Program Ops

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

 

This hybrid role is responsible for both cataloguing, master data management and financial file settlements across DPC platforms for the EMC Global Partner Program. The specialist ensures business readiness by managing product data, operational processes, and financial settlements, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Create and manage cataloguing templates for all partners to ensure timely PDP (Product Detail Page) creation and product image linkage for DPC platforms.
  • Create master data for all DPC (third-party eCommerce) platforms, ensuring all articles are live and accurately listed.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of product information including descriptions, images and specifications
  • Title & naming optimizations to improve product discoverability on platform
  • Adress and resolve issues related to product listings in a timely manner
  • Manage end-to-end seller portal processes, including attribute and image creation
  • Understand and execute the financial reconciliation process for all partners, ensuring settlement files are uploaded to SAP and errors are resolved in collaboration with finance teams.
  • Liaise with DPC platforms to address and resolve settlement file errors.
  • Review and submit all invoices related to DPC platforms and external vendors to finance teams.
  • Raise purchase orders (PO), proforma invoices (PI), and invoices for packaging materials as per business demand.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Strong understanding of cataloguing, master data management, and financial reconciliation processes.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to work with stakeholders across geographies.
  • Experience in cross-functional environments with diverse stakeholders.
  • Innovative mindset, encouraging change and personal ownership.
  • Understanding of retailer operational processes and metrics.
  • Fluent in English & Arabic, both verbal and written.

 

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • 3+ years of professional experience.
  • Experience in ecommerce marketplace
  • Experience in the sportswear industry is a plus
