Senior Specialist Brand Finance Planning
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The Senior Specialist, Seasonal Brand Planning supports the execution of the seasonal planning cycle by consolidating and analyzing key inputs across volume, margin, pricing, and range. The role contributes to aligning brand and financial targets by enabling transparency, building reporting tools, and supporting content creation for milestone meetings.
Working closely with Demand Planning, Finance, and CTC teams, the role helps ensure that EMC’s seasonal plans are informed by fact-based insights and aligned to strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support translation of strategic business targets into seasonal and category-level inputs
• Assist in ensuring financial guidelines are reflected in the planning process
• Create transparency on key performance indicators such as Net Sales, volume, margin, pricing, and range size
• Prepare analysis and content for seasonal brand planning meetings and management reviews
• Support improvement of reporting and analytical tools related to range efficiency, margin calculation, drop rounds, and overlap
• Contribute to the development of a seasonal planning tool and help connect it with fiscal planning processes

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Good understanding of commercial and financial concepts
• Ability to structure data and simplify complexity
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and process discipline
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Preferable experience in the sporting goods or apparel industry
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field
• Understanding of planning and reporting systems (e.g., SAP, IBP, Power BI, M3)
• 2–4 years of experience in Demand Planning, Financial Planning, or Business Analysis
