Senior Specialist Talent Acquisition

We are searching for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract and recruit the best talents in our company with this vision!
To proactively source and attract top talent, both active and inactive candidates, for all positions across Retail, by utilizing a variety of online tools, networks, databases, and relationships
To coordinate the end-to-end Retail recruitment process while continuously improving the assessment of both internal and external applicants.
To support the market’s growth by partnering with hiring managers to anticipate and meet the evolving talent needs of the organization, ensuring the delivery of the best talent to drive success within the Retail division.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive the recruitment process including requisition approval, hiring manager briefing, job advertising, candidate sourcing, application review, candidates screening, interview strategy and offer process

Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.

Build strong working relationships with HR and Hiring Managers.

Development of assessment centres for high volume mass hiring for our retail division in Egypt, Morocco, and Jordan.

Leverage relevant advertising resources to create awareness and attract qualified applications for key roles in Retail considering an equal diversity approach.

Leverage candidate databases (internal and external) to identify prospective candidates to create awareness and invite them to apply for open positions.

Provides coaching and advice to candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process.

Work in close partnership with the Manager, Talent Acquisition to build proactive talent pipelines across retail and back office positions.

Support the TA Team in planning and gathering information for quarterly review meetings with key customers that will provide an overview of recruiting achievements as well as opportunities to improve hiring performance moving forward.

Utilize recruitment systems effectively following key standards, documenting key actions and ensuring all data is accurate for reporting purposes.

Support additional back office recruitment initiatives as needed.

Support the development and implementation of employer branding strategies to enhance talent attraction and engagement efforts for both retail and back-office decision.

Advanced MS Office skills and experience in applicant tracking systems.

Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and oral.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree from related departments

Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, retail field hiring experience is preferred

French Language is a MUST.

Fluent in English

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Turkish with proven ability to take initiative

Advanced level of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) programs

Has advanced experience in recruitment sourcing channels
