Manager Order Fulfillment - EM South
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The Order Book Fulfillment Manager is responsible for managing & executing order book for customers by coordinating / matching supply and demand within the supply chain and ensuring orders are fulfilled on time & in full across Wholesale, DPC, Franchise, ecom. & Own Retail channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility of matching availability (supply) with sales orders against commercial requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales Team & Customers Service Team to ensure day to day operations for Order book execution is smooth.
- Manage pre-season & in-season delivery plans to ensure order book is executed on time, considering warehouse capacity utilization & constraints.
- Enable EM South market in meeting their financial and operational objectives while supporting market commercial strategies, optimizing supply and continuously improving operational performance through driving end-to-end supply chain integration with areas and global functions.
- Work closely on Campaign Launches by coordinating within SCM , Business Units, Sales Team & Customer Service Team to ensure on time deliveries to the markets.
- Forecast planning and coordination with the warehouse team to ensure that pick/pack priorities are executed as planned.
- Participating and supporting in cross-functional S&OP meetings, when necessary, manage interfaces between SCM, sales and finance, considering all requirements of all involved parties.
- Maintain order fulfillment KPIs
- Support process enhancements, change requests, and testing activities within the S/4HANA system.
- Provide training and support to order fulfilment teams on system processes and best practices. Support line manager to drive implementation of strategic initiatives, projects etc.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Deep understanding and management experience in operational supply chain process environment, understanding business requirements and capabilities needed.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively and efficiently on different layers of the organization.
- Experience in team management.
- Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel/ Power point
- Able to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
- Strong leadership and experience in team management
- Demonstrating initiative and result oriented
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree or Diploma with emphasis on the area of finance, business, logistics, planning, Supply Chain, information systems, or operations
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience working in a supply chain environment
- Fluent in English (oral and in writing)
