Senior Manager FP&A - EM South
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
The Senior Manager FP&A, EM South, is a strategic finance leader responsible for planning, forecasting, performance management, and decision support across the EM South organization. As the primary finance business partner to DTC and Marketing, this role provides insight, challenge, and analysis to support profitable growth, informed investment decisions, and strong financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
•Lead, coach, and develop FP&A team direct reports, while strengthening finance processes, reporting, and planning tools.
•Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and monthly performance management across EM South.
•Partner with DTC, Marketing, and senior leaders to deliver financial insights, challenge assumptions, and support strategic decision-making.
•Drive overhead control, identify risks and opportunities, and support delivery against budget and performance targets.
•Provide scenario analysis, business case evaluation, and recommendations to support investment and resource allocation decisions.
•Advance the Finance AI agenda by identifying high-value use cases, championing adoption, and embedding AI-enabled ways of working to enhance insight, productivity, and decision-making.
•Support month-end close and performance reviews, ensuring accurate reporting, clear commentary, and strong financial discipline.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
•Strong experience in FP&A, performance management, and business partnering.
•Advanced analytical, financial modelling, and scenario planning skills.
•Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
•Strong people leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
•Comfort working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with a high level of ownership and attention to detail.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
•Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; CA or CIMA would be an advantage.
•10-12 years of progressive experience in FP&A, business controlling, or a similar finance leadership role, ideally within Retail, Apparel, Fashion, or Consumer Goods.
•3–5 years of finance people leadership experience, with a proven track record of building, developing, and leading high-performing teams.
•Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders in a matrixed, cross-functional business environment.
•Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required; experience with SAP/S4, BI tools, and AI-enabled finance or automation solutions would be an advantage.
