Senior Specialist Data Management - EM South
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Plan and execute all marketing operations related systems and data tasks.
Support Go-to-Market (GTM) tasks to secure an effective and efficient GTM process and milestone execution; with special focus on data readiness for sell-in’s and order capturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Go-to-market
- Align & plan GTM timelines for all related system and data task
- (incl. Product systems, Sell-in tools, CS milestones, PUR milestones).
- Co-ordinate delivery against milestones to ensure timely & quality execution
- Maintain & Record “product data season checklists”
- Prepare Product system (M-3/SAP) & support sell-in systems (DST/Click) as required
- Manage Post seasonal data review & improvement plan
Product data
- Cluster RMA (or Similar) administrator & system expert
- SAP product master data administrator & maintenance of specified fields (e.g., Segmentation)
- Support Sell-in tool (DST/Click) set-up (incl. boards/image build & ensure visibility)
- Ensure product data flow & troubleshoot
- Prepare & maintain data related templates where required
- Execute regular reports to ensure data accuracy (matrix vs M-3 vs SAP) & guide correction
- Order capturing support– develop/maintain grid log template
Marketing system expert
- Support master data related projects (incl. Click & digital showroom tool)
- Sample system administrator & system expert
- SPOC for all marketing systems (M-3) & internal platforms (e.g., teams/SharePoint)
Key Relationships:
- EM MOPS System and Tools Manager
- Cluster CTC team
- Cluster Channels, CS, Purchasing teams
- Cluster and Global IT Support Teams
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Understanding of Marketing & Sales environment
- Ability to work across multiple technical platforms and to troubleshoot to find solutions
- Structured and organized way of working
- Analytical skills and high-level attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent, logic & proactive thinker
- BI visualization tools (e.g., Microstrategy, Tableau, PowerBI) experience is a plus
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University Degree in related field and equivalent professional experience
- +4 years of cross functional experience in operational driven environment required
- Advance Excel
- ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning/ Ranging Tool (M-3/similar)
- Coding Knowledge & experience
- SAP product master data knowledge
- Strong systems skills
- Fluent in English
