Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

 

  • Ensure ongoing support of EM (Emerging Market) Wholesale Commercial Sales and Brand Teams by providing them with tools, reports and insights that help to drive profitable market share growth
  • Build and create cutting edge analytics services to all Hub and Cluster stakeholders, enabling them to take quantitatively based decisions
  • Act as local “centre of expertise” within WHS for all analytics related topics and drive the implementation and adoption of analytics tools across the organization across multiple data sources including but not limited to sell-in and sell-out data

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Design and build best in class dashboards within Power BI to be utilized by sales teams spanning across both sell-in and sell-out data
  • Provide relevant insights and recommendations on performance trends and highlight key wins, opportunities and challenges
  • Ensure adoption and usage of analytics tools by the sales teams
  • Ensure data accuracy across systems through due diligent foundation checks
  • Support the rollouts, usage, and adoption of the Digital Wholesale Tools which support the End-2-end Customer Journey from showcasing product, order creation all the way to supporting Customer Inquiries
  • Support the process around onboarding new accounts to automated data sharing tools
  • Help drive timely season readiness of the sell-in tools in close collaboration with the marketing, IT and Sales functions (content, master data, sales calendar, assortments, packages)
  • Monitor the performance of strategic initiatives within the scope of responsibility. Identify deviations from targets and recommend necessary changes

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business with Sales / Marketing focus
  • 2-4 years of professional work experience
  • Previous industry experience including sporting goods, fashion, FMCG
  • Cross-functional experience ideally with Customer Service/ Operations/ IT/ Sales/ Finance
