Specialist Marketing Operations Samples and Showrooms (Contract) - EM South
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
- Support the Manager MOPS SOUTH to build and streamline Cluster GTM processes into a unified/integrated EM go-to-market approach and calendar.
- Coordination & execution of all aspects of the SOUTH Go-to-Market Process with regards to Samples and Showrooms
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate GTM sample handling timelines and showroom preparation activities.
- Ensure timely readiness of seasonal showroom set-up and merchandising execution.
- Receive, track and manage all footwear, apparel and accessories samples.
- Maintain sample master files, documentation and related reporting.
- Responsible for sample invoicing, crediting and allocation to relevant functions.
- Act as the key contact for all sample management related matters.
- Coordinate local and international shipping, courier management and sample tracking.
- Manage and maintain the sample room including administration, controls, security and stock accuracy.
- Coordinate temporary showroom support staff and assist with onboarding and training.
- Support bi-annual sample clearance activities and inventory clean-up processes.
- Assist with planning and execution of local production content creation and upload.
- Support implementation and execution of end-to-end GTM processes and milestones.
- Assist and support other Marketing Operations ad hoc activities as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience with inventory, sample or product management processes
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- 3-5 years relevant experience in sample management, product operations, merchandising or marketing operations
- Experience supporting GTM processes and/or showroom operations preferred
