Assistant Manager, Order Fulfillment
ASSISTANT MANAGER ORDER FULFILLMENT
PURPOSE AND OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION
Play a critical role in powering seamless order fulfillment across adidas. As Assistant Manager Order Fulfillment, you will help ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across systems, partners, and processes. You will work closely with cross functional teams to manage the order book, strengthen data integrity, and improve workflows that support smarter planning and better outcomes for the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support order book reporting and day to day management to ensure accuracy and visibility
Partner with cross functional teams across regions to support all order fulfillment activities
Build and maintain reporting using SQL Databricks and Power BI to support analysis and planning
Support customer setup, discount programs, and sales operations processes
Collaborate with compliance warehouse and customer service teams to resolve chargebacks and improve end to end execution

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Strong analytical skills using SQL Power BI and advanced Excel
- Ability to manage complex data sets and maintain high data accuracy
- Experience working cross functionally with clear communication
- Understanding of order management and fulfillment processes
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Data Analytics Supply Chain or related field
- Two to four years of experience in order management compliance or data analytics
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes and operational efficiency

- Employees are eligible to earn an annual bonus based on company performance. Employees accrue prorated flexible time off in the amount .4388 hours per day that increases with years of service, eleven paid holidays throughout the calendar year and Service Time Off during milestone years.
- The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is $75,000-$85,000/year. Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills and competencies, and proficiency for the role.
- At adidas we offer a Hybrid work policy which requires attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday each week. For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday. The working location of this position is Carlsbad, CA.
