Product Manager Apparel & Accessories
This position is responsible for leading the creation of globally relevant golf apparel and accessories in a curated segment that is premium lifestyle performance focused.
Product creation ownership includes leading end to end strategy, storytelling, range architecture, consumer insights, milestone presentations, as well as day to day operations between product marketing, design and development.
Product ranges must align with short- and long-term marketing, and financial growth objectives in accordance with global brand strategies. Additional responsibilities are to fully execute digital tasks and input of systems data including all M-3 portals, Origo, etc. Additionally, managing photography, image approval, F&B’s, calendar and sample orders. This role is equally as important in the gathering and sharing of information amongst team members and global regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- End to end ownership of Global Golf Apparel and Accessories ranges, including managing the product process from building clear briefs through go-to-market functions.
- Expectation to be aware of and aligned with direction of seasonal Footwear product strategy.
- Compile and present seasonal range strategy plans/overviews to internal employees and external partners.
- Inputting and maintaining of all styles in M-3 product brief.
- Collaboration with design, development, commercial teams and accounts to ensure optimal range and product efficiency.
- Liaison to key stakeholders in adidas Finance, Legal, Creation Center Tokyo, Creation Center Herzogenaurach, and Creation Center Portland to ensure efficient cross functional communication.
- Identify and lead category growth opportunities and new product innovations.
- Focus on consumer and market insights globally and share with teams on a regular basis.
- Research and analysis of key competitors, consumer, and competitive trends as well as learning customer needs globally.
- Create and manage a SharePoint solution for updating and regularly sharing apparel specific information to key Carlsbad and globally based internal stakeholders.
- Create and maintain seasonal Global Line Lists for product categories.
- B2B and B2C image approval process.
- Hold regular calls with our regions to ensure they are supported.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Attention to detail and accuracy is critical to the role

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- College Degree, preferably with a focus in Business or Marketing
- 4+ years of Product Marketing experience
- Apparel industry experience
- Basic knowledge of golf and the overall industry
- Passion for sports, fashion and growing a global business
