Retail Store Opportunities – Cebu City

Purpose & Impact on the Organization
Support the achievement of store sales and profitability goals by:
- Inspiring strong consumer loyalty to the Brand
- Delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences
- Executing daily store operations with excellence and discipline
Key Responsibilities
- Understand store sales targets, KPIs, and individual performance goals; take ownership and actively contribute to achieving or exceeding them
- Deliver Brand Customer Service standards to consistently meet or exceed customer expectations
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by consistently demonstrating the Brand Attitude and Values
- Apply seasonal Brand and product knowledge effectively during customer interactions
- Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points to meet customer needs and strengthen Brand connection
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
- Execute and maintain Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
- Receive, process, and replenish merchandise efficiently to ensure full product availability on the sales floor
- Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support loss prevention initiatives in both the stockroom and sales floor
- Perform all store operations safely, efficiently, and effectively
- Work collaboratively and respectfully with team members
- Complete required training programs and apply learnings on the job
- Actively seek feedback, coaching, and learning opportunities to continuously improve performance
Knowledge, Capabilities & Experience
- Demonstrates key retail professional competencies
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sports, fashion, and retail
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably with experience in a sports or fashion, customer- and commercial-focused retail environment (role-dependent)
- For Senior Retail, Supervisor, Assistant Store Manager, and Store Manager roles: minimum of 2 years of relevant managerial or leadership experience in retail
- Strong passion for sports and fashion, with the ability to translate this into an engaging customer experience
- Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills
