PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:
- Take role as product expert to work with regional retail operations team on data tracking & analysis to find the opportunities and drive business growth.
- Connect regional operations with buying team to share regional feedback and collaborate on solution.
- Be responsible for regional action plan follow-up and execution.
EY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the product champion representing region both CS and FO (with focus on CS in 2025)
- Actively participate in GTM process and able to share quality feedback on price band, launch month, color, material and order type A/B/C selection, etc.
- Serve as the regional lead for in-season product/campaign feedback (shopper inisight) sharing in a systematic and quality manner with HQ IST team
- Provide weekly product insight related to business performance which leads to quick wins at store level
- Participate in IA process including but not limited to IA feedback and store sale planning building block (with focus on Halo door and FDD)
- Act as the engine to drive effective/efficient regional product consolidation to improve SOR%
- Manage routine reporting analysis on the sales and product data from store perspective to drive action plans proactively.
- Provide input for re-order product (to HQ AP team)
- Collaborate with retail operations team and buying team to providing product insights and exploring sales opportunities for region, i.e. best seller management
- Gain real-time information on product and sales performance through routine store visit.
- Consolidate regional feedback regarding product to buying team for solution and improvement.
- Generate consolidate report and guide operation team to transfer stock at store level.
- Provide buying team with monthly product allocation report and help operation team more understand products' distribution plan and allocated volumes to stores.
- Follow up and manage the action plan execution in region and stores.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Solid Data analysis skill
- Product Management or Merchandising experience
- Well understanding on retail business.
- Effective partnering, communication, and influencing skills.
- High execution ability and self-management.
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree required and advanced degree in business or related fields preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in merchandising planning / buying functions in sports apprael industry
- Good written and spoken in both English & Mandarin.
- Strong Excel skills and ability to develop useful models/tools.
- Good presentation and PPT skills.
