Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

 

This role  will be responsible driving the entire recruitment process and closely partnering with Retail HRBP and business team to identify and attract talent for our own stores. As Retail Recruitment Partner, you will focus on recruitment delivery and efficiency for responsible areas.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Act as the key owner of end-to-end recruitment, from hiring briefings, job postings, candidate sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, decision alignment to ensure timely fulfillment of hiring needs.
  • Plan and participate in hiring-alignment meetings to confirm current and upcoming needs and could translate them into effective recruiting plans.
  • Develop and execute role-specific attraction direction, leveraging appropriate advertising channels to generate qualified candidate pipelines for critical positions within the assigned scope.
  • Leverage internal and external talent databases to identify prospective candidates, build awareness, and proactively invite suitable profiles to apply for open positions.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls to assess qualifications and role fit. Engage and maintain talent pools of qualified active and passive candidates for the areas you support.
  • Organize interviews that evaluate skills, experience, and culture fit. Ensure smooth and efficient interview experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with active candidates and hiring managers, align and adjust hiring direction if needed throughout the recruiting lifecycle for each role.
  • Proactively communicate with HRBP team to share candidates and opportunities, driving a collaborative and efficient hiring process.
  • Hold regular review meetings internally to report recruiting progress, share insights, and identify opportunities to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Efficiently work with external vendors and could give feedback to team leader if have.

 

Others

  • Maintain a strong understanding of adidas employee value proposition, benefits, compensation approaches to effectively support hiring decisions and candidate conversations.
  • Use recruitment systems effectively and in line with standards; document key actions, ensure data accuracy for reporting, and recommend system/process improvements where needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Demonstrated track record of driving end2end, holistic recruitment mandates (including sourcing, assessing and hiring talent in volume roles) to achieve hiring goals.
  • Awareness of Retail employment market/compensation trends.
  • Familiar with managing hiring channels and vendors from talent acquisition perspective.

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Min Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years’ experience in recruiting, could drive recruitment process through a broad range of sourcing channels (including proactive outreach).
  • Proactive communication skills with the willingness to find solutions and opportunities.
  • Good team player with collaboration mindset.
  • Retail industry experience is preferred. Headhunter management experience is a plus.
  • Good written skills in English.
