Associate - One Aim
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
- Ensuring correct and daily execution of key responsibilities in the GBS center according to the requirements of GBS policies, procedures, and guidelines and manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
- Self-directed worker for a specific service area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage SAP database privileges & integrates business roles between SAP Identity Management & SAP Access Control.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control
- Responsible for providing access for multiple SAP production systems.
- Responsible for maintaining Local authorization coordinator & role owner details in SAP system & Organization data.
- Responsible for generating daily reports & ensuring smooth run of access provisioning & necessary follow-ups.
- Responsible for reaching out multiple stakeholders for Authorization & for role level management.
- Responsible for managing users and their accounts, give them access based on SOD without conflicts.
- Identify & fix violation of segregation of duties & critical access.
- Responsible for assigning software license & keys as per the request.
- Responsible for providing the right level of access including view & edit.
- Responsible for procuring software as per user request from authorized 3rd party (SoftwareOne)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Good knowledge in the use of access & license management tools.
- Good knowledge in the use of various tools like service now, ariba, etc.
- Good knowledge in the use of SAP through proven work experience
- Familiar with Microsoft office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good English level
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in IT, Business Information Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ Governance & Access management experience
