SCM Business Process Analyst Omni Channel

Purpose:  

 

The purpose of this role is to contribute to harmonized Retail (Brick & Mortar) Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes to ensure best-in-class delivery service to retail stores to support the North America (NAM) growth plan.

Supply Chain Management in North America Omni Channel Operations is committed to support and deliver against the defined road map in line with overall SCM NAM and Retail business goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:   

 

  • Full understanding of NAM supply chain processes specific to the Retail business.
  • Initial focus on day to day retail order management activities related to order cleansing in SAP.
  • Work with IT on continuous improvements for retail order management and execute testing of technical solutions.
  • Develop overall process understanding and knowledge of interdependencies between systems and processes, their impact on retail stores, and work to create and analyze solutions.
  • Execute assigned day-to-day operational processes.
  • Support process reviews, improvements, and definitions.
  • Create and maintain process documentation.
  • Continuous monitoring of processes and performance metrics (KPI’s) and SLA’s.
  • Collaborate within the team and with other functions to identify and highlight issues for low performance, define and track action items for short term and long term resolution.
  • Develop and create management reports/dashboards.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Reliable and motivated team player with strong communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong system knowledge (SAP AFS, Microstrategy, MS office suite) with the ability to understand interdependencies between systems and processes to identify necessary changes or opportunities
  • Good knowledge and understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes
  • Good degree of consumer orientation (internal & external)
  • Ability to think end-to-end and operate cross-functionally
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Degree from an accredited college with emphasis on the areas of business, logistics, planning, supply chain, information systems, or operations
  • Minimum two years of work experience in supply chain management 
  • Experience in the Retail/eCommerce industries
