Now, we’re strengthening our starting lineup and looking for an ambitious and committed Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Factory Outlet in Taastrup, located in Taastrup ( by Ikea), It is a standalone store; Yet with nearby stores such Ikea, Baby Sam, and BR.

What You’ll Do
As our Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be a key playmaker in the store:
-Drive sales, profitability, and KPIs to exceed targets, because winning is the goal
-Lead from the front on the shop floor, delivering a best‑in‑class consumer experience
-Coach, motivate, and develop a high‑performing, multicultural team
-Analyze performance data and turn insights into clear actions and results
-Ensure flawless execution of brand standards, visual merchandising, and in‑store communication
-Support full store operations: scheduling, staffing, stock flow, and compliance
-Build a strong team spirit, with clear expectations, regular feedback, and growth opportunities
-Partner closely with the Store Manager and Retail teams to share best practices and raise the bar
