Join our Nordic Warehouse based in Them, where we are a team of Warehouse Specialists supporting our Nordic offices with samples. The office is part of our Nordic organization and is located in Solna, Sweden, here we have nearly 100 colleagues working across Sales, Marketing, and support functions. The Nordics is part of our North Europe Clusterbringing together the Nordics, UK, and Benelux as one team. We’re a workforce united through a common passion for Sport and Fashion, as well as working in an environment where everyone feels comfortable to be their true authentic self.

 

What you’ll do:

As a Warehouse Specialist at adidas in Them, you will be involved in all aspects of handling samples in the warehouse. Your responsibilities will include physically receiving samples, unpacking them, and storing them properly. You will also help prepare shipments to showrooms and customers, which may involve adding hangers, special labels, or customized packing.

After samples are used in showrooms, they are returned—and you’ll be part of the team that registers and stores these returned items. As a team, we take pride in keeping the warehouse tidy and well-organized.

In addition, everyone on the team contributes to keeping our routines and systems up to date. This means we constantly evaluate and question the way we work to improve our processes.

 

Skills you’ll need:

  • Forklift certificate
  • Previous warehouse experience (an advantage, but not required)  
  • Ability to work independently you should be able to manage tasks on your own and make decisions based on the information and guidelines provided  
  • Organized and detail-oriented – Precision and structure are key in your daily work
  • Team player – We rely on each other. It’s important to stick to team agreements and work toward shared goals
  • Comfort with giving and receiving feedback – to grow and improve together, you should be open to constructive feedback and willing to give it as well
  • Positive mindset – We value colleagues who bring energy, look for solutions, and are open to new ways of working.
