•    本科或研究生在读
•    具备良好的英语听说读写能力
•    细心认真，学习能力强
•    良好的沟通和协调能力，责任心强，细致耐心。
•    能够熟练使用MS Office办公软件，具备一定的数据处理能力  
•    对人力资源管理有浓厚兴趣，有志于在HR领域发展。
