Senior Specialist GBS HR Services
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
Act as the subject matter expert and coach the HR Services Workforce Administration & People Services team in delivering high-quality, end-to-end HR operational support. Assist local HR team to launch HR strategies and approach for the respective region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and oversee all administrative tasks across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, promotions, exits, etc.), ensuring accuracy and timeliness in line with SLA targets.
- Build and maintain strong, proactive relationships with regional HR teams, business partners, and global functional teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert in resolving complex or escalated employee inquiries and operational issues.
- Identify process risks and implement preventive and corrective actions using data-driven insights.
- Ensure operational compliance with legal regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements.
- Provide expert input and support for local and global HR projects, including system enhancements, policy changes, and service transitions.
- Lead and support projects focused on legal compliance, process optimization, and service efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

Experience/Skill Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding teams in a service delivery or shared services environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data accuracy and operational excellence.
- Demonstrated experience in full employee lifecycle processing and HR operations.
- Experience leading projects that address legal compliance and process efficiency.
- Proficiency in HR systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP-HR, and ticketing platforms.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and experience contributing to cross-functional initiatives.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR operations or shared services, preferably within a multinational company. Any people management experience will be an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong command of both spoken and written English.
