Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:

• Ensuring correct and daily execution of key responsibilities in the GBS Center according to the requirements of GBS policies, procedures and guidelines, and according to the Group Accounting Manual for specific area of responsibility (Accounts payable)
• Self-directed worker in Invoice Processing service area
• Supports organizational effectiveness through the identification and communication of process improvement opportunities
• Perform accounting tasks in Invoice Processing for small and larger markets, having to deal with specific cases of each market

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 3-way (2-way) match for invoices and entry in ERP
• Validate special invoices according to policy requirement
• Perform invoice cross checks
• Follow up on assigned and pending cases
• Answer enquiries from multiple parties
• Check and maintain desktop procedures, checking for inconsistencies and problems and bring to attention of Supervisor
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support improvement projects

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent education required
• 2 to 5 years of accounting or relevant working experience
