Director, Omni Channel Marketing

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Lead, develop and ensure excellent implementation of Omni-channel (Wholesale, Retail and eCom) marketing plans across SEA.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation and implementation of seasonal Omnichannel (Wholesale, Retail and eCom) marketing plans in alignment with APAC and global strategy
  • Develop detailed DTC marketing calendar (FRS + Own Retail + eCom) for different store formats in alignment Country/cluster BA categories
  • Deliver account marketing plans for WHS (key) accounts in close collaboration with the Sales and country/cluster BA categories
  • Lead and develop a true omni-channel process with a focus on digital solutions
  • Liaise with SEA C/C, APAC and global markets on best-practice solutions 
  • Plan, develop and implement bespoke campaigns
  • Plan and manage annual CAPEX budget
  • Drive and share input of country/cluster specific needs to APAC BA team
  • Drive and initiate an exciting consumer experience online and offline 
  • Support Key Trading Zone attack in cooperation with channels
  • Ensure all retail space management solutions are partnered with the best point-of-sale with regular updates.
  • Lead and provide VM team with comprehensive campaign execution manual and ISC plan for all campaigns
  • Own wholesale space development (SIS)
  • Support and drive BA projects / campaigns as needed, and work with BA team in holistic / 360 planning and execution of campaigns
  • Support MWB process by guiding investment decisions and savings across channels
  • Recruit best in class people and provide people management guidance. Lead, develop and retain talents to foster a high-performance culture and to contribute to improving our eNPS

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Progressive experience in brand marketing and/or sales (preferably in the sporting goods industry)
  • Advanced abilities in the fields of employee engagement and performance management at every level through effective motivation, coaching, training, and development of personnel in the team
  • Proven project management experience
  • RSM/ISC/VM experience & knowledge
  • Understanding of CE practices and retail digitalization
  • Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
     

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing
  • At least 8 years experience in respective Sales and / or Marketing fields
  • Proven track record in the field of team management
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in local language (if applicable) preferred
  • Experience in both market and above market organization preferred
