Senior Manager TA Excellence & Engagement EM

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

 

Lead the Emerging Markets (EM) Talent Acquisition Excellence agenda by strengthening our employer brand, enabling markets with strategic TA tools, and driving consistency, innovation, and pipeline building across EM. This role ensures that TA delivers against the EM Moonshot ambition through strong storytelling, youth engagement, and scalable activation. The role acts as the orchestrator of TA best practices, brand visibility, and community engagement to elevate the full candidate and hiring-manager experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. TA Strategy & Enablement (40%)

  • Partner with HRDs, HRBPs, and Recruitment Partners to translate global TA priorities into EM-relevant strategies and actions.
  • Ensure market alignment and adoption of TA processes, tools, and KPIs while supporting local adaptations.
  • Use data and insights to identify risks, diagnose gaps, and recommend improvements to strengthen hiring quality and speed.
  • Build capability across TA communities through toolkits, guidelines, sharing sessions, and best-practice exchanges.

 

2. Employer Branding & Brand Activations (30%)

  • Own and activate the EM Employer Value Proposition (EVP), ensuring strong, consistent storytelling across all markets.
  • Drive digital content creation and high-impact internal/external engagement moments, and support local market campaigns.
  • Partner with Corporate Comms and Brand teams to amplify signature initiatives and increase brand visibility with talent audiences.

 

3. Youth & Early Career Strategy (20%)

  • Develop partnerships with universities and youth organizations to build sustainable early-career pipelines.
  • Design and deploy youth activation events, internships, graduate program touchpoints, and digital engagement campaigns.
  • Ensure diversity, equity, and representation are embedded in all youth strategies.

 

4. TA Community Engagement (10%)

  • Foster a strong EM TA Community that collaborates, shares insights, and delivers consistent talent experiences.
  • Facilitate roundtables, learning sessions, and capability uplift initiatives for Recruitement  Partners/Recruiters and HRBPs.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Strong TA functional expertise across sourcing, branding, strategic enablement, and analytics.
  • Proven capability in storytelling, brand activation, and content creation.
  • Ability to influence, consult, and partner with senior leaders across markets.
  • Strong facilitation and project management skills.
  • Experience in building youth pipelines and delivering early-career programs.
  • Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness in diverse regions.
  • Ability to lead change and uplift capability in matrix environments.

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • University degree in HR, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years progressive experience in TA, EVP, or Talent Management (preferably in international, matrix organizations).
  • Experience in employer branding or youth strategy is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus.
