Senior Specialist Omni DTC UAE

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

 

Plan & deliver an end-to-end process of Campaigns Delivery for concept & Commercial/Cultural moments from Planning side for EMC countries, Assets creation & smooth delivery according to the set timelines, Planning Specialist is responsible on Brand Planning Smartsheet delivery of all Commercial & Cultural moments

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Work close with Omni Team on making sure category calendars are up to date & reflected on Campaign Portal
  • Responsible for delivering into the EMC Campaign pipeline timelines & Brand Planning Smart sheet
  • Manages full Planning, Key Visuals, Timings & Creatives for Concept, Commercial & Cultural EMC Campaigns
  • Own categories campaign briefing with external agencies, making sure communication & process is in shape & on time
  • Stay strongly focused & commit with the campaign planning CPA's, to make sure project are delivered on time & in full

 

 

KPIs:

  • Make sure building a strong communication & relationship with stakeholders & brand Team partners
  • Drive & deliver EMC Concept commercial & cultural Moments end to end
  • Work close with line manager to understand and land a comprehensive process of campaign category ownership & ways of working in partnership with brand stakeholders
  • Make sure campaign briefs are being done through Oliver agency
  • Work close with EM hub Team on campaigns partnership & understanding

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

 

  • Deep knowledge in Retail Marketing processes, combining theoretical with practical experience
  • Working well and developing effective relationships with diverse team
  • Strong organisational skills & flexibility
  • Specialist in Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, Power point)
  • Experience of initiating & running an end-to-end Campaign Process Management
  • International exposure, preferably having worked and lived in different Countries/Teams
  • Experience in project management & campaign planning
  • English Basics knowledge

 

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • University degree in Business or Marketing or commercially equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years progressive work experience in Retail, specifically Trade Marketing, Consumer Journey
  • 2 years working with Global markets or 1 year working in a top tier market
