Senior Specialist SCM Performance EM
PURPOSE:
part of Supply Chain Development EM and lead e2e SCM performance management (operational and efficiency KPIs) through providing business insights and accelerating data driven decision making. Our goal is to reach performance excellence in e2e consumer experience in the most efficient way. We set performance objectives, lead execution of KPI’s, analyse performance, provide insights, prevent risks, build roadmaps and improvements strategy, support new initiatives, provide scenario-based simulations and projections to drive improvements across the entire supply chain organization and wide range of adjacent functions.
YOU IN THE NEW ROLE:
You’ll be a strong contributor in developing and standardizing best in class (cross-functional) tools to support e2e EM SCM across all channels (eCom; Retail; Wholesale; Omnichannel) resolving tough business problems. You will act through driving deep analyses, providing insights, creating/automating reporting capabilities and scenario-based simulations, identifying performance gaps, challenging status quo, defining KPIs and actions to improve performance, ensuring data driven decision making. All this goes with strong collaboration and stakeholder management across numerous market and global teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performance Management & Analytics
- Define and maintain supply chain performance frameworks, KPI trees, and targets (e.g., availability, delivery performance, inventory)
- Develop dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify root causes of underperformance and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor trends and flag risks proactively to stakeholders.
- Drive end-to-end campaign performance visibility to ensure on-time campaign availability across markets and channels.
- Lead cross-functional alignment with SCM, Commercial, and Market teams to define mitigation plans and track execution.
Continuous Improvement & Transformation
- Identify automation and reporting opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Support SCM transformation initiatives, and performance roadmaps.
- Contribute to process standardization and best-practice development across markets and channels.
Data & Reporting Tools
- Build and maintain advanced analytics models and BI dashboards (Power BI, SQL, Excel).
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across reporting systems.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and executive-level storytelling.
- Manage effective and timely communication on demand pipeline, performance etc. based on an agreed drumbeat
- Develop new reports, dashboards, models, deep dives, ad-hoc analyses
- Work with global teams (Strategy and Innovation; Advanced Analytics etc.) to enable new reporting leavers, capabilities, ensure data quality, consistency and reliability

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in supply chain, performance management, analytics, or related functions.
- MUST Advanced analytical and BI skills (Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, data modeling).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and campaign lifecycle management.
- Experience working in global matrix organizations and cross-functional environments.
- High degree of self-management and autonomy
