What You’ll Do
As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be a key leader in the store driving commercial success while developing your team and creating an exceptional brand experience.
You will:
- Lead from the front to create a high-performance, winning culture
- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily operations: sales, service, stock, people, and compliance
- Use store KPIs and performance data to identify opportunities and take action
- Coach, motivate and develop your team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve targets
- Ensure a seamless and inspiring shopping experience through strong visual merchandising and store standards
- Create a safe, inclusive and engaging environment where everyone can thrive
- Drive a culture of curiosity and continuous learning on the shop floor
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who combines commercial awareness with a passion for people and sport.
- 18+ months’ experience in sports or fashion retail, with 12+ months at Assistant Store Manager level
- Strong team leadership and coaching skills
- Confident with KPIs, performance analysis, and decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of visual merchandising and store operations
- Experience in team development, training, and handling challenging situations
- Comfortable with MS Office and fluent in English
