Sales Consultant
Join our store team this summer as a Sales Consultant. This is a part-time (20 hours/week) position running until the end of summer, with a possibility to continue beyond the season. If you enjoy helping customers, working in a fast-paced retail environment, and being part of a team that brings energy to the shop floor, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
- Deliver great service by welcoming customers, answering questions, and helping them find the right products
- Drive sales through active customer engagement and product recommendations
- Keep the shop floor looking great: replenish stock and maintain tidy, attractive product displays
- Handle transactions accurately (cash/card), including returns and exchanges
- Support daily store operations, including opening/closing tasks and maintaining cleanliness
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, campaigns, and store policies
What we’re looking for
- A consumer-first mindset and a positive, service-oriented attitude
- Strong communication skills and a team-first way of working
- Comfortable learning new systems (POS, basic MS applications) and picking things up quickly
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Able to work non-traditional hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) as needed
- Fluent in English and/or Swedish
