PURPOSE & IMPACT ON ORGANIZATION:
Contributes to meeting or exceeding store sales and KPI targets by:
Ø Working as part of the Stockroom team in order to ensure all stock is tagged, size cubed and stored in the correct place, on time and to Company standards
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ø Ensure all deliveries are processed in a timely manner
Ø Maintain high standards of merchandising and housekeeping at all times and carry out replenishment of sales floors within areas of responsibility
Ø Is aware of store and individual targets and actively works to meet or exceed these by using all the resources available within the store
Ø Meets or exceeds customer expectations and boosts sales and Brand experience by using appropriate elements of the adidas customer service model
Ø Creates an emotional connection with every customer by being a passionate and enthusiastic adidas Brand ambassador
Ø Proactively seeks and incorporates basic core and seasonal product knowledge into his/her service approach within his/her assigned store zone(s)
Ø Maintains an appealing, easy-to-shop environment for customers by consistently executing visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
Ø Complies with store policies and procedures to maintain a safe shopping and working environment
Ø Ensures the product offer in the store is made available to customers by assisting with deliveries and replenishing the sales floor
Ø Completes sales transactions quickly and accurately while adhering to cash protection procedures
Ø Minimizes loss by actively maintaining sales floor awareness while serving customers
Ø Collaborates productively and respectfully with team members to meet or exceed store goals
Ø Completes all compulsory training programs and effectively transfers learning into skills on the job
Ø Communicates a desire for ongoing learning and welcomes all available opportunities to increase performance
Ø Deputise for the stockroom manager in their absence

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Ø Preferably between 1-2 months working in a sports/fashion customer & commercial focused retail environment
Ø Basic numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills
Ø Stockroom experience desirable
