Assistant Manager FRS Ops South
PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION
The Assistant Manager, Retail Operations – FRS Ops supports sell-out performance and operational excellence across MW customer stores. While the role does not directly own store P&L, it contributes to improving store productivity and commercial health by ensuring disciplined retail execution, inventory management follow-up, and KPI monitoring.
Compared to Manager level, this position focuses on strong execution discipline, analytical support, and effective coordination with customer store teams and Account Sales partners, while progressively building commercial judgment and independent stakeholder management capability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales & KPI Monitoring Support
- Support achievement of regional sell-out targets and LFL growth at store level.
- Track and analyze store-level KPIs including CR%, UPT, ATV, traffic conversion, and productivity.
- Prepare structured performance summaries and highlight risks and opportunities.
- Support business review preparation with customer store managers and Area Managers.
2. Operational Execution & Compliance
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, SOPs, and retail initiatives in customer stores.
- Follow up on merchandising execution, campaign landing, and promotional compliance.
- Support review of staffing efficiency, rostering discipline, and service quality standards.
- Assist in tracking store-level training implementation and capability improvement.
3. Inventory & Trading Follow-Up
- Monitor store inventory health including sell-through, weeks of cover, and aged stock.
- Support replenishment tracking and manual allocation coordination.
- Consolidate feedback on stock risks and opportunities to Merchandise and Account Sales teams.
- Assist in markdown follow-up and sell-through improvement initiatives.
4. Customer & Account Sales Coordination
- Maintain regular communication with customer store management teams.
- Work collaboratively with Account Sales to align operational follow-up with commercial priorities.
- Support preparation of customer workshops and performance review materials.
- Act as coordination bridge between HQ functions and customer store teams.
5. Reporting & Process Discipline
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance tracking reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely update of store performance dashboards.
- Follow retail governance processes and proactively highlight operational gaps.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within regional retail operations.
SUCCESS METRICS
- Store-level KPI tracking accuracy and improvement support.
- Execution consistency across assigned MW stores.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3–5 years of retail operations experience in a multinational retail environment.
- Basic understanding of retail KPIs, store productivity, and operational drivers.
- Ability to influence external partners without direct authority.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Analytical mindset with good Excel capability.
- Fluent in local language; working knowledge of English preferred.
- Strong learning agility and willingness to develop commercial awareness.
