PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:
Support the execution and implementation of Visual Merchandising (VM) standards across stores. Ensure high-quality in-store execution, strong brand consistency, and effective support to drive business performance and consumer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute VM principles and standards across assigned stores (multi-store coverage)
- Implement daily VM directives in stores and ensure consistent execution quality
- Support product zoning, mannequin styling, and ISC implementation in stores
- Conduct regular store visits to assess execution quality, identify issues, and ensure timely correction and closure
- Support new product launches and campaign execution to ensure timely and accurate VM setup
- Act as the key contact for outsourced VM teams, including daily coordination, on-site guidance, and performance feedback
- Provide on-site coaching and basic VM training to store staff to improve execution capability
- Track and support VM-related data collection and reporting, ensuring clear and timely updates
- Assist the Manager in implementing VM plans, campaigns, and store-related VM projects
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (RM, ISC, Operations, Visual Direction, Customer VM team) to ensure smooth execution

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Strong hands-on VM execution capability and in-store problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of store layout, product presentation, and visual aesthetics
- Basic analytical and reporting skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage outsourced teams
- Strong execution mindset, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5 years’ visual merchandising experience in retail environment with sports brands or fashion retail brand
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Retail, or related field
- Fluent in Mandarin; basic English preferred
- Experience in in-store execution and VM operations is a strong advantage
- Experience working with outsourced teams or store operations is preferred
