Intern, Materials Operations
Program Duration: 6-month full internship
Start Date: January 2026
Work Arrangement: Minimum 3 working days per week (on-site / hybrid, to be confirmed)
Purpose & Overall Relevance to the Organization
This internship supports the management and optimization of the T2 and T2+1 supplier base data.
- T2 = Material suppliers who produce and directly supply materials to adidas for product manufacturing
- T2+1 = Subcontractors and raw material suppliers of T2 suppliers
Key focus areas include:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date supplier data
- Optimizing reporting processes
- Applying automation to securely share critical information with internal teams and the T2 supplier base
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and regularly update T2 and T2+1 supplier base data
- Support the development and maintenance of the T2 capability matrix
- Collaborate with the Materials Planning team to manage and maintain the T2 capacity overview
- Assist in the implementation of new processes and policies
- Handle surveys and DocuSign workflows for the T2 supplier base
- Track and manage project status across all relevant locations
- Organize team meetings, facilitate workshops, and prepare / consolidate meeting decks

Required / Preferred Background
Main Study Fields:
- Data Management
- Business Management (or related disciplines)
Languages:
- English & Mandarin
Technical & Professional Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience or strong interest in Power BI (data visualization & reporting)
- Good analytical skills
- Strong document drafting and professional PPT creation abilities
