Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
Support development of consumer-focused range for our retail stores. Drive sell thru performance, share best practices and deliver actionable season – performance insights. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping product offerings which would eventually lead to visual presentation and store execution to ultimately achieved desired sell outs.
Pre-Season Planning and Buying
- Collaborate in defining DTC range strategy and assortment mix in alignment with marketing strategy and historical data
- Detailed article level volume working and store wise ranging to be done ensuring all the pre-aligned category mix as well as OTB planned is adhered.
- Partner with Ops and VM teams to work on the capacity/option plan along with category rationalization of every store to execute seasonal priorities
- Prepare in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis reports on assortment planning for channel teams, working closely with marketing stakeholders.
- Forecast and plan the ISC / ABO packs during season
- Participate in major go-to-market & EM milestones to gain insights about key seasonal brand and BU strategies/initiatives and including them in the DTC OR outlook.
In-Season Planning and Trading
- Monitor article-level performance at agreed intervals, analyze trends, and leverage insights—both independently and in coordination with other channels.
- Identify key performance trends and deliver timely, data-backed recommendations and calls to action to optimize seasonal outcomes.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- 2-3 years of work experience in this domain and preferably Masters in Fashion Management.
- Experienced in data analysis with strong skills in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Knowledge of other functional areas involved in the Pre-Season and In-season Merchandising planning is preferred.
