Assistant Manager -Systems and Data MOPS
Job Summary
The role is responsible for managing line list master data, cost governance, order book analysis, MOQ planning, and forecasting support through cross-functional collaboration with CTC, SCM, Finance, and MOPS teams. The position ensures data accuracy, commercial alignment, and timely sharing of insights with stakeholders to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. Line List Master Data Management
- Collaborate with CTC and cross-functional teams to maintain a healthy and accurate line list database with proper hygiene checks.
- Maintain and track Drop / In-Range status of articles.
- Ensure accuracy of MRP and COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) in coordination with CTC, SCM and sourcing teams.
- Work closely with Finance for duty calculations and cost validations.
- Conduct COGS comparison between Import vs Local sourcing to support commercial decisions.
- Share updated line list with all relevant stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Article Readiness for Ordering and PO procurement.
2. GIM Management
- Perform hygiene checks related to cost and margin accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain GIM working files and analysis.
- Share GIM insights and reports with stakeholders for review and alignment.
3. Order Book (OB) Analysis & Comparison
- Maintain 4-season Order Book vs Actual performance comparison.
- Ensure MRP alignment between MOPS and SCM systems.
- Prepare OB analysis reports and circulate with stakeholders for business tracking.
4. MOQ Planning & Order Consolidation
- Consolidate orders across channels and categories to optimize procurement.
- Prepare MOQ analysis and planning for management review.
- Share MOQ working and recommendations with stakeholders for decision-making.
5. Forecasting Support
- Prepare and share forecasting analysis from M-3.
- Provide data-driven insights to support inventory and buying decisions.
