Recruitment Partner
Purpose: Lead the development and execution of the recruitment strategy in the India Market for corporate functions to achieve both strategic and operational goals.
Key Recruiting Responsibilities
- Drive strategic and operational goals for the India Market organization across all aspects of recruitment including strategies and practices to support future trends and business growth through recruitment excellence.
- Drive high quality talent management practices within the India market.
- Plan and execute Recruitment programs and initiatives
- Responsible for end to end recruitment of all roles in corporate functions
- Drive effective recruitment process that provides high quality experiences for candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage and influence business and functional leaders on recruitment priorities to ensure that organizational needs are met.
- Establish and maintain market and industry expertise including a comprehensive view of trends and competitors to help identify opportunities to improve recruitment results.
- Drive the implementation of global and EM initiatives through collaborative partnerships within the overall talent function.
- Management of recruitment systems and reports and sharing of regular dashboards with all stakeholders concerned.

Experience Requirements:
- Undergraduate
- Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in recruiting
- Knowledge of the footwear and apparel industry, direct experience having worked on searches in the consumer goods industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of the India talent landscape and market recruiting trends.
- Fluent in both Hindi and English
