Senior Manager HR
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Responsible for the execution of the people strategy from a Business Partnering perspective for Sub domains and business teams in India Tech hub and ensuring value at every touchpoint and excellence through collaboration with global and local partners and COEs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with business leaders (global and local) to understand their business, team specific asks and talent needs and thereby develop customized interventions to support the business.
• Provide expert advice on all HR-related topics for people managers and employees, including, headcount planning, performance management, team line up and talent
management.
• Lead and facilitate #Hackyourcareer process for your respective business teams and ensure a smooth and timely closure and experience
• Lead and drive HR projects that for Tech hub, Global as well as across India
• Facilitate the annual salary review, promotions, and salary adjustment processes, ensuring alignment with company policies.
• Manage performance management processes, including addressing low performance and disciplinary measures
• Support and manage organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with business objectives.
• Lead and drive the FTE and PEX planning in SAP analytics cloud on a monthly basis
• Maintain accurate HR reports and database management on a regular basis.
• Manage global stakeholders both business and HR to ensure there is consistent employee experience as a global organization with local relevance
• Collaborate with local, and global HR teams, as well as Finance, Talent Acquisition, Rewards and other relevant functions to ensure seamless HR support.

• Ability to deal with ambiguous situations and multiple tasks
• Well-organized, a self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative
• Proficiency in MS Office
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• MBA/ Masters in HR
• Minimum of 12 years progressive work experience in the field of HR; preferably in multinational organization with minimum 7 years’ experience as HR Business partner
• Project management experience preferable
