Job Title: Technology Conslutant (SAP FSCM Consultant)

Job Overview:

The SAP FSCM/FICO Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Financial Supply Chain Management solutions. This role involves working closely with business to understand Adidas financial processes and delivering tailored SAP solutions to improve cash flow, credit risk management, and overall financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FSCM /FICO processes.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for system integrators and developers.
  • Collaborate with developers, technical teams, and other SAP module owners to design integrated solutions.
  • Testing and Go-Live Support: Support in system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide go-live support during project rollouts.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 6+ years of SAP FSCM /FICO experience, with at least 1 project in SAP S/4HANA environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

SAP FSCM Modules Expertise:

    • Credit Management
    • Collections Management
    • Dispute Management
    • Cash and Liquidity Management

SAP Core Modules Knowledge:

    • SAP FI (Financial Accounting)
    • Integration with SAP SD (Sales and Distribution)
    • SAP Cash application / Account Receivable

Configuration & Customization:

    • Ability to configure above components based on business requirements.
    • Experience with user exits, BAdIs, and enhancement frameworks.

Technical Tools:

    • SAP GUI, SAP Solution Manager
    • ABAP (basic understanding for functional consultants)
    • EDI and integration with external systems
    • Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Fiori apps.

Functional & Business Skills:

Financial Process Knowledge:

    • Accounts receivable/payable
    • Risk assessment and credit scoring
    • Cash flow forecasting

Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking:

    • Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and propose effective SAP solutions.

Documentation & Training:

    • Creating functional specs, user manuals, and training materials.

Education and Certifications:

  • A degree in Business, Information Technology, Fashion, or a related field.
  • SAP certifications in SD or Fashion/Retail modules.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Greenfield implementations, or Selective Data Transition.
  • Experience on working with Customer master data in SAP.
  • Certified SAP Functional Consultant  is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of Fashion/Retail business processes and how they map to SAP is an added advantage.
