Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The Mission of the Visual Merchandising is to proactively work within the Visual Merchandising Department to support Retail stores by working closely with store VM Champs & Store Managers and ensuring flawless vm execution across according to our brand leadership principal.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain and implement visual merchandising concepts and standards at store level, ensure flawless execution and followed by stores
• Collaborate with Store Managers and well understand on consumer profile to develop the best visual standards, shop installation, in store presentation to leverage the impact of campaigns, drive sell-through and consumer experience
• Responsible for vm guidelines implemetation with regular stores visits to maintain good standard of visual merchandising presentation
• Supporting in new store opening execution
• Provide critiques to retail stores, effectively communicates VM concept and guidelines
• Compile regular reports to review VM standards and improve VM display and in-store arrangements
• Be up- to-date on market competitors and provide input where needed in VM development
• Manage logistics of VM materials required for stores, keeping a good record and database
• Responsible for coordinating with the vendor for VM campaign execution
• Ensuring best quality execution by vendor
• Provide trainings on concept and visual merchandising maintenance to store VMCs
• Collects the campaign’s feedback, analyzes results and conveys it to Regional VM
People Management
Training
- Providing Visual Merchandising training to Retail store teams on regular base
- Developing effective training content and plan for Store VMCs
- Develop and Train store VMCs
Key Relationships:
- Key interfaces (internal): VM team, Store Manager , Store VMs
- Key interfaces (external): Media/Print execution vendors
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge and background in visual merchandising
- Outgoing, like to meet people
- Non-office hours working
- Proactive, organized, detail-minded with strong problem solving skills
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the Visual Merchandising department with an international brand
- Diploma /degree holder
