Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization

 

Supporting the execution of retail activation initiatives to positively influence traffic, conversion, ATV, UPT and profit margin across all Concept Stores. Ensures smooth implementation of consumer-oriented CRM activities, marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives and in-store communication to drive brand experience and commercial performance.


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and coordination of annual Retail Activation priorities based on Retail targets and current market performance.
  • Assist in creating local Retail Marketing Calendars for Concept Stores, aligned with Global calendars and in collaboration with Retail Merchandising and Brand Marketing.
  • Contribute to the preparation of local Brand Marketing activities based on seasonality and identified business opportunities.
  • Support the implementation of retail marketing campaigns, promotions and in-store communication for Concept Stores, ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance and support evaluation of KPIs to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Share observations regarding campaign effectiveness with the Market and assist communication toward the Global Retail Centre of Excellence (CoE).
  • Support the assessment of needs for local campaigns and help coordinate approval processes with CoE Retail.
  • Contribute to the activation plans for new Concept Store openings and support execution to ensure a successful launch.
  • Assist in coordinating the local Retail CRM strategy according to Global guidelines and support the monitoring of CRM KPIs.
  • Ensure CRM materials support retail campaigns and contribute to a positive consumer experience.
  • Build understanding of key Retail KPIs and support the activation of relevant marketing levers to drive Concept Store performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Retail teams in the market to proactively evaluate performance challenges and help develop tactical Retail Marketing or CRM initiatives.
  • Support Retail Consumer Intelligence activities and contribute to the implementation of consumer profile mapping.
  • Assist with coordination of local retail marketing and CRM agencies and vendors, including operational communication and project handling.
  • Support accurate tracking of Marketing Activation spend without owning or managing a budget.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Solid MS Office skills
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Strong interest in retail marketing and basic understanding of Retail KPIs
  • Ability to analyze data and derive simple insights
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive and structured working style
  • Willingness to learn and grow within Retail Activation

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in business, ideally with marketing or sales focus, or equivalent practical experience
  • 1–3 years of relevant retail, CRM or marketing experience
